Modern Slavery Statement

1. Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the SCCI Group Ltd (the “Company” , “SCCI”) committed to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains.

This statement applies to SCCI and all its subsidiary companies listed in the statement below (together, the “Group”).

2. Organisational Structure and Business

The Group operates within the security, communications and technology sectors, delivering integrated solutions and support services to public and private sector clients across the UK. Across all Group companies, business is conducted with a commitment to ethical behaviour, integrity, transparency and respect for human rights.

3. Policies

The Group is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships. This commitment is reflected in several policies and principles, including:

• Principles of Conduct and Action, which explicitly educate and train employees on workers’ health, safety and employment rights and are embedded through a Group-wide compliance programme. This programme seeks assurance and confirmation from each subsidiary within the Group that it does not participate, directly or indirectly, in any form of forced or compulsory labour.

• Procurement Charter which applies to purchasing and supply chain professionals and sets clear expectations for ethical sourcing and responsible procurement practices.

• Supplier Charter, which requires suppliers to comply with standards relating to labour rights and the prohibition of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour.

• Whistleblowing Policy, which encourages the reporting of unethical or unlawful behaviour.

4. Due Diligence and Supply Chain Management

The Group has implemented due diligence procedures to assess and manage the risk of modern slavery within its operations and supply chains. These include:

• Supplier onboarding processes that require confirmation of compliance with the Group’s Supplier Charter.

• Contractual commitments from suppliers to adhere to applicable labour laws and modern slavery standards.

• The introduction of third‑party audits of the supply chain where appropriate and proportionate.

Risk Assessment and Management

The Group recognises that the risk of modern slavery varies by sector and supply chains. Based on its current operations and supplier base, the Group considers the overall risk of modern slavery to be low.

However, risk assessments are kept under review and enhanced due diligence is undertaken where higher‑risk activities or suppliers are identified.

6. Effectiveness and Training

The Group monitors effectiveness through internal reviews, supplier engagement, whistleblowing and audit outcomes. No instances of modern slavery were identified during the reporting period.

Relevant employees, particularly those involved in procurement and supply chain management, receive appropriate training to support awareness and compliance.

8. Ongoing Commitment

The Group remains committed to continuously improving its practices to ensure that it operates free from forced labour, human trafficking and slavery, and will continue to review and enhance its policies, procedures and training as necessary.
